Privacy policy
This policy explains what information AI Tool Herald currently processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to visitors.
Who operates this website
AI Tool Herald is an independent publication operated by SilkenScript Studios LLC. The verified publication email is listed on the contact page: contact@aitoolherald.com. Registered-agent and organizer addresses are not reader-support addresses.
Information processed now
The website is static and does not currently provide user accounts, comments, a newsletter form, advertising tags, or analytics tags. The hosting and security providers may automatically process an IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, referral information, and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service reliability.
Information you choose to send
If you contact the publication by email, we may process your email address, name, message, and attachments to answer the request, manage corrections, maintain business records, or protect legal rights. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Legal reasons for processing
Depending on where a visitor lives, processing may rely on the need to provide the requested website, respond to a request, comply with law, protect the service and publication, pursue legitimate operational interests, or obtain consent for optional technologies.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
No advertising code is active in this build. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-C8C05ET3YV) is configured but loads only after a visitor accepts analytics through the on-site consent banner. Until then, no analytics tag loads and no analytics data is sent. If analytics is accepted, Google may process page views, approximate location derived from IP (which is anonymized), browser and device information, and reading behavior. The choice is stored in the browser's local storage and can be changed at any time from the cookie policy page. If advertising is introduced later, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated first, and where required, optional tags will remain disabled until a visitor makes a consent choice. AdSense use for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland will require an eligible Google-certified consent management platform.
Affiliate links
Some future articles may contain clearly identified affiliate links. An affiliate provider may process a click and use an attribution cookie under its own privacy policy. The article will disclose the commercial relationship near the recommendation.
Service providers and transfers
Information may be handled by hosting, security, email, analytics, advertising, or affiliate providers only as needed for their service. Some providers may process information in other countries. Appropriate contractual, technical, or legal safeguards will be used where required.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and recordkeeping. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can promise absolute security.
Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law, a visitor may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing. A visitor may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Instructions will be available through the verified publication email.
Children
This general-audience publication is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact the publication if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. The policy will be reviewed before any newsletter, analytics, advertising, account, comment, or contact-form service is activated.
